EMPOWERED BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS

Hello empowered ones!

 

I want to encourage you today that there is undeniable POWER IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS however if we do not know about it we cannot have faith in it.  We must have faith in THE BLOOD OF JESUS in order to appropriate it daily.

 

With Easter just around the corner, I am reminded of the movie, "THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST".  The first time I saw that movie, I could hardly breath by the end of it.  My eyes were all red and I went through a box of tissues.

 

I have watched THE BOOK OF JOHN on youtube many times and every time it comes to the crucifixion, I can hardly watch it.  It is horrific what Jesus went through on our behalf.  Just think about how ugly sin is and how Jesus had to die a terrible death so we would not have to. He paid the price for us to be free from sin and it was one immense price, don't you agree?

 

THE BLOOD OF JESUS has the power to free us from every stronghold of the enemy. Know this:  Satan wants to gain control of us through our thoughts; therefore, the battleground is in our minds.  2 Corinthians 10:3-5 (AMPC) declares this:

 

  • For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons.  For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds, [inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One)...

 

The weapon we use to pull down strongholds is THE BLOOD OF JESUS!

Each day we are involved in spiritual warfare.  We must realize we are not fighting people, but satanic and demonic forces that are working through them. Ephesians 6:12 (AMPC) says,

 

  • For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.

 

THE POWER OF HIS PRECIOUS BLOOD prevails against all satanic and demonic powers.  It gives victory to every true believer.

 

I praise God that THE BLOOD OF JESUS has the power to protect us from the onslaughts of Satan.  When we are covered by THE BLOOD OF JESUS, the devil cannot harm us.

 

Do you remember when God told the children of Israel to place the blood of a lamb on the doorposts and as a result of doing this, they were not harmed by the death angel?

 

Let us keep the Word of God and our faith in THE BLOOD OF JESUS in our hearts so we can appropriate THE BLOOD OF JESUS (Deuteronomy 6:6-9).

 

When we appropriate THE BLOOD OF JESUS, it empowers us to have absolute victory in every storm in life. Revelation 12:11 says,

 

  • And they overcame him by THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB and by the word of their testimony...

 

Remember that greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Having faith in THE BLOOD OF JESUS will give you complete breakthrough in prayer. It has the power to release all the benefits of your complete redemption in Christ Jesus.

 

Finally, it has the power to make you more than conquerors on the face of this earth.
